By registering an account with rogtoo, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are creating an account on behalf of a business entity or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of the rogtoo platform, regardless of the method of access (web browser, mobile browser, or any future applications). Your continued use of our services following any modifications to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.

We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When significant changes are made, we will notify Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

To create an account and participate in real money gaming on rogtoo, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account termination.

4.1 Registration Process

To register an account with rogtoo, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and national identity card (KTP) number. You agree to keep this information updated and notify us immediately of any changes.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, rogtoo implements a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before you can make your first withdrawal, you must provide the following documents:

• Clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing all details
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for identity confirmation

Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. You may deposit and play during the verification period, but withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents or providing fraudulent documents will result in account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. 5.1 Deposits

rogtoo supports deposits via the following payment methods: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of payment method ownership and source of funds as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

In cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions, we may delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending investigation.

5.3 Fees

rogtoo does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, which are beyond our control and are your responsibility.

rogtoo offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time of the promotional offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount (e.g., a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 2,500,000 in total wagers before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn).

Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus activation, unless otherwise specified. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are subject to fair play policies. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette, opposite bets in sports betting)
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes

• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without valid reason

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. We reserve the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rogtoo, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content or game outcomes
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials
• Third-party actions or omissions (including game providers and payment processors)
• Changes to or discontinuation of services

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance in your account (subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements). Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

10.2 Termination by rogtoo

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• You engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users or staff
• You attempt to manipulate games, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in unfair play
• Your account remains dormant (no login activity) for more than 12 consecutive months
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities

In the event of account termination for breach of terms, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. In cases of termination without cause (e.g., business decision to cease operations), you will be permitted to withdraw your balance.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000, deducted from the account balance. We will notify you via email before applying dormant account fees.

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rogtoo holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of rogtoo's services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
